Job summary

Qualifications
- RD credential required.
- Nursing home experience preferred.
- Knowledge of EMR/MatrixCare/Meal Tracker systems and training availability.
Responsibilities
- Utilize EMR and MatrixCare for resident nutrition documentation.
- Perform nutritional assessments and develop MNT plans (weight loss, poor intake, wounds, GI function).
- Manage tube feedings, menus and diet plans.
- Collaborate with care staff to ensure timely nutrition-related interventions.
