Job summary

Commonwealth of Massachusetts seeks a Contracted E2C Data and Policy Analyst for the Education and Care sector in Boston. The role supports the E2C Hub, strengthens cross‑agency data partnerships, and improves data access and governance under a grant-funded contract through 2027.

The analyst will work with EEC leadership, manage external data requests, and develop data governance practices while coordinating across state agencies and meeting in‑person and remote work needs.

Responsibilities

• Cross-Agency Partnerships: represent EEC to the E2C Research and Data Hub and liaison to E2C Hub.
• Build strong relationships with EEC staff and E2C partners across agencies.
• Develop expertise in EEC data systems, privacy, reporting tools, priorities, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate to improve data quality and availability within the E2C Hub.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to document high-priority data and research use cases.
