Advantage Technical is hiring a Data Analyst in Irvine, CA to maintain and enhance dashboards for remarketing, CPO, and fleet metrics. You will support cross-functional reporting, participate in data feeds, and help validate results with stakeholders to drive pricing and project initiatives.

The role requires 1-3 years in data analytics, strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), and experience with Tableau or Power BI. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in data administration, reporting, or analytics support.
• Experience with large datasets and maintaining reporting accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update dashboards for Remarketing, CPO, and Fleet activities.
• Support recurring reports and ad hoc requests.
• Assist with internal data feeds and related database activities.
• Coordinate and organize information for projects and business initiatives.
• Assist with business requirements documentation and project materials.
• Support coordination between stakeholders and analytics on a pricing project.
• Assist with pilot implementation and other project needs.
• Provide general reporting and analytical support.
