Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
5+ years in data analysis/analytics or similar role.
Advanced Power BI and Advanced Excel skills.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and CRM platforms.
Strong analytical, data validation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to clearly communicate insights and challenge assumptions.
Background working with data in customer service, sales, or order management.

Responsibilities

Data analysis & insights: identify trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
Deliver ad hoc and recurring insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Monitor backlog and delivery risk; proactively flag issues and mitigation.
