Job summary

Orbee, headquartered in Irvine, is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Reporting and Data Services team. You will query databases, investigate data discrepancies, audit marketing lists, and build client-ready reports that power Orbee’s analytics platform.

You will collaborate with the US-based reporting team on a daily basis, write complex SQL, validate data quality, and ensure accuracy before delivering insights to automotive clients.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst.
• Strong SQL skills with complex joins and aggregations.
• Experience with marketing, SaaS, or automotive data preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze large automotive marketing data.
• Investigate data logic issues from HubSpot and Jira tickets.
• Audit and standardize external data sets for reporting.
• Build, update, and maintain client-facing dashboards and reports in BI tools.
• Perform QA to ensure accuracy before delivering to CS team.
• Collaborate with US-based team via daily stand-ups to handle ad-hoc data requests.
