Job summary

IANS is seeking a Contract Technical Sourcer to identify, engage, assess, and recruit cybersecurity practitioners with hands-on experience evaluating, implementing, or operating cybersecurity technologies. This is a 3-month, full-time contract for 30-40 hours per week, with the possibility of extension.

The role focuses on building a qualified pipeline across SOC, Cloud Security, IAM, GRC, and related domains, delivering candidate screenings and summaries, and reporting progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience.
• Experience identifying and engaging passive candidates.
• Experience conducting high-volume candidate screens.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage cybersecurity practitioners across targeted technology categories.
• Conduct qualification conversations to validate recent product experience and credibility.
• Manage outreach, scheduling, and relationship management throughout the process.
• Maintain pipelines and provide regular updates and progress reporting.
