Job summary

IANS is seeking a Contract Technical Sourcer to identify, engage, assess, and recruit cybersecurity practitioners with hands-on experience across SOC, IAM, and other security domains. 30-40 hours per week for 3 months, with potential extension. Immediate start required.

Responsibility includes building pipelines, screening candidates, and delivering summaries to stakeholders, while maintaining accurate activity reporting and progress updates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience, preferably in technical or cybersecurity talent.
• Proven success identifying and engaging passive candidates through sourcing channels.
• Experience conducting high-volume candidate screens and evaluating qualifications against project requirements.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume searches in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
• Experience maintaining candidate records and recruiting activity within an ATS/CRM.
• Ability to quickly learn cybersecurity terminology and security domains.
• Proactive, resourceful, and independent work approach.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage cybersecurity practitioners and SMEs across targeted categories.
• Conduct qualification calls to validate recent product experience and credibility.
• Manage outreach, scheduling, and stakeholder communications throughout the process.
• Maintain pipelines and provide regular updates and progress reports.
