Job summary

Goodwill Southern California is hiring for a custodial role at the Lompoc site. The job involves performing the full range of custodial services at contract locations, including daily cleaning tasks such as floor stripping and waxing, window washing, pressure washing, and restroom cleaning.

You will maintain sanitary conditions and equipment, interact with Government personnel and customers, and ensure driving records meet insurance requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience performing custodial tasks in facilities.
• Ability to follow safety and cleaning protocols.
• Ability to interact cooperatively with staff and customers.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily cleaning tasks including floor stripping and waxing, window washing, pressure washing and restroom cleaning.
• Maintains clean and sanitary conditions throughout.
• Interacts cooperatively with Government personnel and customers.
• Driving record must be acceptable by our insurance vendor.
• Advises supervisor when Government staff directs changes in contract requirements.
