Job summary

Goodwill Southern California is hiring for a custodial role at the Lompoc site. The job involves performing the full range of custodial services at contract locations, including daily cleaning tasks such as floor stripping and waxing, window washing, pressure washing, and restroom cleaning.

You will maintain sanitary conditions and equipment, interact with Government personnel and customers, and ensure driving records meet insurance requirements.

Primary Responsibility / Summary

Performs full range of custodial services at Contract locations.

• Performs daily cleaning tasks as assigned, including floor stripping and waxing, window washing, pressure washing and restroom cleaning.
• Maintains clean and sanitary conditions throughout.
• Maintains custodial equipment and supplies in neat, orderly condition.
• Interacts cooperatively with Government personnel and customers.
• Immediately advises supervisor whenGovernmentstaff directs changes in contract requirements.
• Driving record must be acceptable by our insurance vendor.
