Qualifikationen

• Law degree from an accredited law school with an active license in good standing to practice in Massachusetts.
• 1–3 years of experience drafting and negotiating contracts at substantial volume.
• Experience with contract management systems and high-volume portfolios.

Aufgaben

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and grants on behalf of TSNE’s FSPs and internal teams.
• Manage assigned contracts through drafting, negotiation, and signature within established timeframes.
• Communicate with FSPs and colleagues to align business terms and requirements; highlight issues to Legal Team leadership.
• Develop understanding of FSP missions to identify risks in contracts and mitigate them.
• Collaborate with the Legal Team to provide client services across TSNE and its FSPs.
