Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for corporate functions (Finance, Sales, Marketing).
• Experience recruiting for technology roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing and screening.
• Coordinate interviews and scheduling.
• Assist with offers, onboarding coordination, and recruitment administration.
• Maintain accurate candidate information in ATS/CRM.
