Job summary

Woongjin, Inc. in Plano, TX is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee contract preparation, client quotations, and legal review responsibilities.

You will coordinate with sales, legal, finance, and clients to ensure accurate invoicing and resource planning, maintaining documentation in internal systems. A Bachelor’s degree or 3 years in contract management is preferred; Korean/English bilingual is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years in contract management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Pricing/estimates understanding for contracts.
• IT industry experience is an advantage.
• Experience with AI tools (Gemini, GPT, Gamma).
• Excellent written and verbal communication for teamwork.
• Experience analyzing complex contracts.
• Knowledge of contracts-related legal requirements.
• Teamwork with Service/Legal/HQ teams.

Responsibilities

• Document preparation prior to contract process.
• Issue quotations to clients and guide contract process.
• Analyze marginal profit and assess service resources and tech levels.
• Contract process for different client types and services.
• Review and draft contracts; proceed with legal system.
• Support inbound contracts per business environment.
• Issue WOs/SOWs and coordinate legal review/signing.
• Communicate with stakeholders (vendors/clients/legal/finance/AR).
• Archive and share executed contracts.
• Register payment plans and ensure accurate invoicing with AR.
• Prepare invoicing backups and service/resource status reports.
• Support AR-AP communications on payment issues.
