Job summary

SBT Global, Inc. in Plano, TX is seeking a Contract Administrator to support business operations by collaborating with procurement, accounting and legal teams to keep contracts compliant and flowing smoothly.

You will create and manage quotations for new and renewal contracts, draft contracts and PUMIs, oversee the full contract lifecycle, and maintain customer-side contract and quote information across internal platforms while delivering clear, timely communications to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience is required.
• Proficiency with ICT systems, cloud platforms, and digital collaboration tools is expected.
• Strong governance, documentation, and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support across business operations by collaborating with procurement, accounting, and legal.
• Create and manage quotations for new and renewal contracts.
• Draft contracts and PUMIs in alignment with legal and corporate compliance standards.
• Prepare PUMIs for server and disk upgrades, decommissions, and intra company contracts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and support, ensuring satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
• Prepare and deliver regular and ad hoc client reports.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including initiation, execution, tracking, and renewal.
• Monitor and update quotes and billing information related to SCP resources usage via Samsung Cloud Platform.
• Register and maintain customer-side contract and quote information on RMS and BQMS.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support business objectives.
