Job summary

US Tech Solutions, Inc. is hiring for a Contracts Specialist to draft, negotiate, and manage consulting and speaker contracts in a regulated environment. You will partner with Legal, Compliance, Procurement, and Finance to ensure timely delivery and adherence to policies while maintaining documentation across global programs.

The role emphasizes strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive approach to improve contracting processes and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor degree or paralegal certification or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years handling high volumes of contracts with tight deadlines.
• Interfaces effectively with all levels of staff, external HCPs and stakeholders.
• Experience reviewing and processing standard contracts; seeks guidance for complex types.
• Experience in Negotiation, legal operations, project management and cross-functional partnering.
• Strong systems sense and business process aptitude; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and contract for consulting and promotional speaker services timely.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, PhRMA and client policies in contracting.
• Identify and implement standardized contracting practices and educate stakeholders.
• Act as interface for therapeutic areas globally, supporting key opinion leaders and patients.
• Develop guidelines for contracting processes and manage documents and records.
• Proactively manage contracts and relationships with Legal, Compliance, Procurement, Finance, Marketing.
