Description
We are seeking a highly organized Contract Coordinator to support the full lifecycle of contracting activities across the organization. This role will be responsible for versioning, distributing, and auditing contracts related to CMS ACO models—including Participant and Preferred Provider agreements—as well as vendor contracts, legal entity agreements, and other corporate and legal documentation. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in contract management and a collaborative mindset to help ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do
- Maintain accurate version control of contract documents throughout the review, approval, and execution process
- Distribute finalized agreements to internal and external stakeholders in a timely and secure manner
- Audit executed agreements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and CMS regulations
- Track contract milestones, expirations, and renewal dates across provider and vendor agreements
- Support the coordination of contract workflows and documentation in internal contract management systems (e.g., IntelAgree or other platforms)
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Legal, Compliance, Network Operations, and Finance to address contract-related questions or updates
- Assist with the collection, filing, and reporting of contractual documentation for audits and CMS submissions
- Contribute to other department projects or initiatives as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract management, contract coordination, or a similar administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with healthcare contracting, CMS programs (e.g., ACO REACH, MSSP), or legal document handling preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with contract management systems.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
You're great for this role if you have:
- Associate's degree or higher
- Experience working with legal teams, provider networks, or healthcare compliance is highly desirable
Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions
- This is a remote position.
- This is a full-time position. Expects hours are M-F 8:30 AM - 5 PM EST.
- The target pay range for this role is $50,000 - $60,000 per year. This salary range represents our national target range for this role.
