Job description

Job Title: Contracts Administrator

Pay rate: $25.00-$28.59 an hour on W2

Duration: 6 month contract with the potential to extend or convert, depending on performance and business needs.

Location: Fully remote in the US. Preferred time zones are Eastern or Central to align with normal business hours. The candidate should start at 9am ET at the latest.

Position Summary

The Contracts Administrator plays a key role with client SaaS by helping to manage an efficient and professional sales contracts process in compliance with company policies and best practices. This individual will ensure the best sales experience by working expeditiously and pro-actively with internal parties including Sales, Extended Services, Business Development, Customer Success Management, Account Management, Finance, and Legal.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the SaaS Sales Operations team with the preparation and verification of sales contracts and associated paperwork to prepare a complete contract package.
  • Generation of both standard and non-standard Agreements and/or Statements of Work templates that could require some minor customization.
  • Assist in countersignature of Customer executed Order Forms and Agreements.
  • Assist in processing and closing out sales opportunities within SalesForce to ensure timely closings to meet internal organizational timelines.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Follow and support corporate security policies, standards, and procedures as they apply to this role.
  • Maintain customer and corporate privacy standards as outlined by HIPAA.

Education and Experience:

  • 2+ years’ experience in contracts administration, SaaS sales contracts experience a plus.

Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Sufficient reasoning ability to collect data, define problems, establish facts and draw valid conclusions (i.e., make reasonable decisions) in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and workload effectively and utilize excellent time management skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience using Salesforce.com for account management and reporting requirements preferred.
  • Extended periods of sitting required.
  • Hours of work normally 40+ per week.
  • US business hours preferred UTC -5 to UTC -8.
