Equinox is seeking a Contract Content Creator with a sharp eye for culture and a passion for luxury brands. This role is hands-on, filming and editing content across our NYC clubs and office to translate the Equinox experience into dynamic storytelling for social channels.

You will collaborate with Social, Creative, and Marketing to craft fast, polished edits, test multiple versions, and push new formats while upholding the brand's elevated aesthetic.

Qualifications

• Proven experience concepting, filming, and editing short-form content for culture-driven or luxury brands.
• Independently driven producer with strong production savviness.
• Skilled behind the camera, able to direct talent and capture dynamic footage with intent.
• Expert in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or Final Cut, with a portfolio that demonstrates elevated craft.
• Able to work on-site in NYC and travel between clubs and locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop original, brand-aligned content concepts for social.
• Film elevated, social-first video content across NYC clubs and offices.
• Edit short-form videos with pacing and platform fluency.
• Collaborate with Social, Creative, Marketing to ensure brand integrity.
• Capture events, BTS, training, lifestyle, interiors, and creator-led stories.
• Stay ahead of cultural and platform trends with new formats and editing styles.
• Deliver fast, clean edits with multiple versions for testing.
• Create performance ads balancing luxury branding with storytelling hooks.
• Craft and edit audio for paid social ads, including voiceover and music.
