Concertina Team is seeking a Content Creator / Social Media Content Specialist to transform raw footage, interviews, project updates, and subject-matter expertise into engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of professional content creation and social media experience, excellent written English, sophisticated copywriting skills, and strong short- and long-form video editing capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional content creation or related role.
• Experience with U.S.-based clients or stakeholders.
• Strong short- and long-form video editing skills.
• Excellent written English and copywriting ability.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube content formats.

Responsibilities

• Turn executive and subject-matter expert interviews into compelling thought-leadership content.
• Create social media content for a premium brand across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Edit short-form videos, Reels, and YouTube Shorts from raw footage.
• Edit and package long-form YouTube video content.
• Repurpose interviews and long-form videos into multiple social media assets.
• Write engaging captions and social copy for distinct executive and corporate brand voices.
• Develop content around custom homes, craftsmanship, architecture, design, and the building process.
• Create content highlighting client experiences, project walkthroughs, before-and-after transformations, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Review raw content and identify strongest stories for publication.
• Create or select supporting graphics, thumbnails, imagery, and other visual assets.
• Organize and schedule content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Maintain a rolling monthly content calendar and keep production ahead of publishing.
