Job summary

GreenWaste Recovery, Inc. is seeking a Contract & Compliance Reporting Analyst in San Jose, CA to support contractual, regulatory, operational, and financial reporting.

The role ensures accuracy, completeness, and timely submissions to municipal contracts, regulatory agencies, and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include collecting and reconciling data from multiple sources, investigating discrepancies, and supporting management reporting and financial analysis activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel-like skills is implied by data handling
• Ability to review, analyze, and reconcile data from multiple sources
• Understanding contractual, regulatory, and internal reporting requirements

Responsibilities

• Maintain databases and records for reporting
• Collect, validate, reconcile, and analyze data from multiple sources
• Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies and city/county representatives
• Review data for accuracy and compliance
• Reconcile data between internal systems and external databases
• Investigate variances and coordinate with internal departments
• Ensure deadlines for reporting are met
• Communicate with regulatory representatives and consultants
• Maintain organized records for reporting and compliance
