Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 3–7 years of contracts, compliance, risk management, or EHS experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and industrial safety practices.
• Experience with contractor compliance platforms (ISNetworld, Avetta, etc.).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer, vendor, and subcontractor contracts.
• Maintain contract lifecycle documentation and renewal schedules.
• Ensure contractual terms align with regulatory, insurance, and safety requirements.
• Manage online contract and vendor compliance platforms (ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce).
• Coordinate business insurance policies, renewals, and certificates of insurance.
• Support OSHA program administration, recordkeeping, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Operations, EHS, Legal, and Procurement teams; provide compliance guidance.
