Job summary

FullShift Staffing, LLC is seeking a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine nursing care under the direction of nurses and facility leadership. The role emphasizes compassionate, resident-centered care with adherence to policies, quality standards, and safety rules.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of CNA experience or clinical CNA coursework, strong English communication, and a supportive, team-oriented attitude toward residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Must have a license as a certified nursing assistant.
• Minimum of 6 months experience as CNA or clinical experience while enrolled in a CNA class.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to deal tactfully with residents, family members, visitors and the public.
• Willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel.
• Must be in good health and emotionally stable.
• Must relate to ill, elderly, and emotionally upset residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per facility policies and nursing care procedures.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours to provide care.
• Verify resident identity before care or meals to ensure correct recipient.
• Report missing ID bands to admissions promptly.
• Make beds and clean bedside/overbed tables.
• Ensure water pitchers are clean and accessible to residents.
• Other duties as directed by Charge Nurse or Administrator.
