Job summary

FullShift Staffing, LLC is seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to provide routine nursing care aligned with established policies and procedures. You will work under the guidance of the Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nurses, or Administrator to maintain high-quality resident care at all times.

The role requires a valid CNA license, at least 6 months of CNA experience or clinical CNA training, and strong communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CNA license.
• Minimum of 6 months experience as a CNA or clinical experience during CNA training.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Must demonstrate patience, tact, and a cheerful disposition with residents.

Responsibilities

• Make resident rounds at the start of each shift and every two hours thereafter to provide quality care.
• Verify resident identification before giving care or serving meals.
• Report missing ID bands to the admission coordinator promptly.
• Make beds and clean bedside and overbed tables.
• Ensure water pitchers are clean and filled, within residents' reach.
• Perform other duties as assigned by charge nurse, RN supervisor, director of nurses, or administrator.
