FullShift Staffing, LLC is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine nursing care under supervision, ensuring high-quality resident care in accordance with facility policies. You will perform resident rounds, verify identities, assist with activities of daily living, and collaborate with the Charge Nurse and Director of Nurses.

The role requires CNA certification, English proficiency, and a compassionate, stable temperament.

Formación

• Must hold a valid CNA license.
• Minimum 6 months CNA experience or clinical experience in training.
• Demonstrates genuine desire to serve ill and elderly.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Professional demeanor and ability to work with residents and staff.
• Good health and emotional stability.
• Ability to interact with residents, families, visitors professionally.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine nursing care as directed.
• Make rounds at start of shift and every two hours.
• Verify resident identification before care or meals.
• Assist with beds, bedside tables and water delivery.
• Report issues to Charge Nurse or supervisor.
• Adhere to facility policies and safety rules.
