Job summary

Jobtailor in Columbia, SC is seeking a senior Cloud Security Engineer to design and deploy secure cloud infrastructure in AWS and Azure, manage Palo Alto VM-Series Firewalls, and implement Zero Trust architectures.

You will configure Panorama, support F5 BIG-IP LTM, develop security policies, threat prevention, and incident reporting, collaborating with infra, networking, security, and application teams. Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years experience; certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Network Security and Engineering experience.
• Hands-on Palo Alto VM-Series in AWS and Azure.
• Strong skills in Threat Prevention and Log Analysis.
• Experience with Zero Trust security architectures.
• F5 BIG-IP LTM deployment and support.
• Cloud infrastructure security policy design.
• Certifications in Palo Alto, AWS, or Azure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy secure, scalable cloud infrastructure in AWS and Azure.
• Deploy, configure, and manage Palo Alto VM-Series Firewalls in cloud environments.
• Configure and support F5 BIG-IP LTM and ASM solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure and security configuration issues.
• Design and implement Zero Trust security architectures.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and incident reports.
