Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Cloud Security/Infrastructure Engineer to serve as the technical escalation point for cloud issues and to oversee enterprise-class solutions. You will monitor infrastructure, ensure security and accessibility, and lead architecture enhancements while collaborating with account managers and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes hands-on work with Palo Alto firewalls, F5 load balancers, virtualization, and cross-platform OS expertise.

Qualifications

Requires CCNA and PCNSE certifications.
Bachelor's degree in CS or related field preferred.
Minimum three years of relevant experience.
Experience with Palo Alto firewalls and F5 load balancers.
Knowledge of virtualization, Windows and Unix/Linux systems.

Responsibilities

Be the technical point of escalation to Cloud Support and Engineering teams; resolving customer issues
Monitor and maintain related infrastructure
Ensure control, integrity, and accessibility of cloud environment
Implement large, complex enterprise-class solutions
Lead architecture enhancements and problem management
Lead workload/fleet management and optimization tasks
Provide technical expertise for stakeholder communications
Collaborate with Account Managers to build customer relationships
Share knowledge with other Engineers and Administrators
