Job summary

Entarian seeks an experienced TIC System Engineer to design, implement, and maintain secure network perimeter defenses across multi-cloud environments. You will support TIC 3.0 and Zero Trust principles, configure F5 load balancers (LTM/GTM), Palo Alto firewalls, Panorama, and Cloudflare services to protect against unauthorized access and data exfiltration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, deploying, and managing F5 load balancing solutions in a large-scale IT environment.
• Direct experience implementing and supporting TIC 3.0 and Zero Trust Architecture.
• Technical expertise in F5 load balancing technologies (LTM, GTM, BIG-IQ) and F5 security (ASM, APM).
• Proficient in routing, switching, firewalls, and VPN technologies; cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Security clearances: US Government Clearance eligibility and DHS EOD clearance prerequisites.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage boundary protection solutions (firewalls, proxies, IDS/IPS, NAC, VPN).
• Support TIC 3.0 security capabilities deployment and enforcement.
• Design and manage Cloudflare services (WAF, DDoS, CDN, DNS).
• Configure Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama for centralized management.
• Ensure secure connectivity and segmentation across internal, partners, and cloud.
• Maintain boundary protection documentation and system configurations.
• Operate boundary protection, threat detection, and telemetry systems.
• Manage F5 load balancing solutions for enterprise, multi-cloud, and mobility needs.
• Develop load balancing policies and optimize traffic flows.
• Migrate stakeholder connections to TIC 3.0 compliant environments.
• Troubleshoot complex load balancing issues and coordinate with vendors.
