Job summary

Capital Vacations, LLC is seeking part-time housekeeping inspectors for Gatlinburg locations. You will thoroughly clean and prepare units for guest arrivals, with flexible days and shifts to fit your schedule.

Responsibilities include inspecting units for cleanliness, coordinating with room attendants, and supporting supervisors to maintain high standards across resort locations. Prior housekeeping or supervisory experience is a plus; a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Prior housekeeping or supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly inspects assigned units to ensure complete cleanliness and setup.
• Checks the assigned units to ensure proper cleaning.
• Calls room attendant to clean any area that was missed.
• Aids housekeeping supervisors in promoting a cooperative spirit among the housekeepers.
• Alerts Supervisor/Manager to areas that need further attention and to housekeepers that need further instructions.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
