Capital Vacations in Gatlinburg, TN is seeking an R.O. Houseperson at Gatlinburg Town Square. The role focuses on cleaning, stocking supplies, and delivering guest amenities to rooms with attention to safety and efficiency.

Pay is $18.00 per hour with benefits such as PTO, holidays, medical/dental coverage, life insurance, and travel perks. Weekend work and reliable transportation are required for this fast-paced position.

Formación

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work weekends and shifts as scheduled.
• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Cleans assigned areas in accordance with set procedures.
• Stocks room attendant's supplies, removes soiled linen and trash from carts.
• Delivers guest amenities to guest rooms.
• Completes all tasks on checklist and walkthrough with Manager.
• Recognizes and corrects potential safety hazards.
• Performs other related tasks as assigned by management.

What are you motivated by?:

Cleans assigned areas in accordance with set procedures. Stocks room attendant's supplies, removes soiled linen and trash from carts, and performs various guest service functions.

What you’re great at:

• Collects soiled linen from units and delivers to area assigned.
• Assists in keeping all storage areas and linen room clean.
• Assists Executive Housekeeper in checking supplies, opening cartons, and placing supplies neatly on shelves.
• Delivers guest amenities to guest rooms.
• Complete all assign tasks on checklist and complete walkthrough with Manager to ensure all tasks were completed on said employee’s checklist before employee clocks out.
• Recognizes and corrects potential safety hazards such as broken doors or railings, fire hazards, wet floors, etc.
• Performs other related and unrelated tasks as assigned by management
