Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector to ensure units meet cleanliness standards for guests and Owners. You will thoroughly inspect rooms, coordinate with attendants, and support supervisors to maintain high-quality service.

Schedule is Tuesday–Saturday with a competitive hourly rate. Benefits include PTO, holidays, travel perks, and a 401(k) plan, supporting growth within our Rhode Island locations.

Qualifications

• Thorough inspections of units to ensure cleanliness and readiness.
• Strong communication with room attendants and supervisors.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in housekeeping supervision or lead roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly inspect assigned units to ensure complete cleanliness and setup.
• Coordinate with room attendants to address missed areas.
• Aid Supervisors in promoting teamwork among housekeepers.
• Escalate issues to Supervisors/Manager and follow instructions.
• Perform other duties as assigned at resort locations.

• Checks the assigned units to ensure proper cleaning
• Calls room attendant to clean any area that was missed or not properly cleaned
• Aids the Housekeeping Supervisors in promoting a cooperative spirit among the housekeepers
• AlertsSupervisor/Manager to areas that need further attention and to housekeepers that need further instructions in certain areas
• Performs all other duties as assigned
