Parsons is seeking a Change Management Coordinator/Administrator to join our Critical Infrastructure team in the United States. You will prepare, issue, and track contractual notices, ensuring alignment with the Project Organization Plan and contract terms.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with construction contract terms.
• Proficiency in document control systems and compliance with quality documentation standards.

Responsabilidades

• Draft and issue notices within contractual timeframes.
• Log notices into the Notice Register and distribute to stakeholders.
• Maintain communication logs and ensure traceability of all issued/received notices.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Legal and Construction teams on notice content and implications.
• Support commercially intensive tasks and archive of commercial documentation.
