Job summary

Mantra Health is seeking a Care Operations Contractor (1099) to support students and clinic providers on a project basis. You will resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and guide stakeholders through healthcare processes while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Your role includes coordinating care activities, scheduling, and documenting interactions in CRM and EHR systems, with an emphasis on accuracy and patient satisfaction. This position supports a growing digital health platform.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare operations and customer service.
• Understanding of HIPAA guidelines and privacy requirements.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and guide stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for administrative care support inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering accurate, policy-aligned responses and ensuring privacy standards.
• Assist students with navigating online portals, activating care, scheduling appointments, and maintaining continuity of care.
• Collaborate with clinical providers, technical support, partner success and internal teams to resolve complex issues for seamless patient care.
• Document all interactions and resolutions in CRM and EHR systems.
• Identify and escalate urgent or sensitive issues to appropriate personnel for immediate action.
• Contribute to development and improvement of care operations workflows, SOPs, and training resources.
• Handle complaints with sensitivity and professionalism, aiming for positive outcomes.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance knowledge and skills.
