Mantra Health is seeking a Care Operations Contractor (1099) in the United States to ensure smooth student care journeys by providing support to students and clinic providers on a project basis.

This role requires strong attention to detail, healthcare operations knowledge, excellent communication, and commitment to customer satisfaction. You will resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and guide stakeholders through healthcare processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably healthcare.
• Familiarity with healthcare operations and HIPAA guidelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for administrative care support inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist students with navigating online portals and scheduling appointments.
• Collaborate with clinical providers, technical support, and other teams.
• Document interactions in CRM and EHR systems.
• Identify urgent issues and escalate appropriately.
• Contribute to SOPs and training resources.
• Handle complaints professionally and strive for positive outcomes.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
