Job summary

Binswanger Glass is seeking a Contract Business Development Representative to drive new business in the commercial glazing sector from Fort Worth, TX. The role focuses on prospecting, developing relationships with GCs, architects, developers, and construction managers, and maintaining a strong bid pipeline.

You will coordinate with estimating and project management to prepare competitive bids, attend pre-bid meetings, and support post-award activities to ensure continued growth in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years of B2B sales or business development in commercial construction.
• Experience with glazing, architectural building products, or subcontracting is a plus.
• Familiarity with the commercial construction bid process and GC relationships.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business with general contractors, architects, developers, and construction managers in the commercial glazing market.
• Identify, track, and respond to bid invitations and RFPs for glazing projects.
• Build a robust pipeline through outreach, networking, and relationships; manage bids and pricing.
• Attend pre-bid meetings, job walks, and industry events to position the company as a preferred subcontractor.
• Coordinate with estimating and project management to prepare competitive bids and influence specifications.
