Job summary

Binswanger Glass is hiring a Service Business Development Representative for the Kansas City area, based in Independence, MO. You will drive growth for glass repair, replacement, and maintenance services by targeting property managers, facility managers, retailers, and HOAs.

In this role you will self-generate leads, build a robust pipeline, present tailored service solutions, and close new service agreements.

Qualifications

• Self-generating leads and building a sales pipeline without heavy inbound marketing.
• Proven consultative selling approach with ability to identify and address client needs.
• Experience selling to property managers, facility managers, or commercial real estate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new service accounts by targeting property managers, facility managers, retailers, and HOAs.
• Self-generate leads through cold calling, door-to-door canvassing, digital outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct on-site consultations to assess glass repair and replacement needs and present tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of recurring service clients for ongoing maintenance and emergencies.
• Close service agreements and transition accounts to operations and scheduling teams.
