Job summary

Binswanger Glass is seeking a Senior Glazier to join our team in Bedford, TX. The role requires extensive residential and commercial glazing experience, with the ability to lead a crew, manage projects, and ensure safety and craftsmanship on every installation or repair.

Ideal candidates will have 5–7 years of glazing experience, strong knowledge of glazing materials and techniques, and a proven ability to supervise and mentor junior glaziers while meeting client specifications and deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; glazing apprenticeship preferred
• 5–7 years of professional glazing experience with leadership
• Knowledge of safety protocols and building codes
• Certification in glazing (NGAC) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Install, replace, and repair glass for windows, doors, mirrors, skylights, storefronts, and other structures
• Lead and manage a team of glaziers and apprentices, ensuring safety and efficiency
• Coordinate schedules for residential and commercial projects
• Provide accurate estimates and maintain client communication
• Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety standards
• Handle material inventory and quality checks
