Qualifications

• 3–5 years of procurement experience required.
• Experience with Quality Systems standards and ISO 13485 preferred.
• Medical device industry background preferred.
• NetSuite experience is a plus.
• Arena experience is a plus.
• High level of self-motivation, organization, and autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Purchase goods, materials, components, and services to support business and operational needs.
• Obtain supplier quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and place purchase orders in NetSuite.
• Manage supplier communication related to pricing, quality, delivery, invoice discrepancies, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate engineering change order activities with suppliers, quality, and engineering teams.
• Maintain purchasing records, supplier files, payment terms, and vendor setup documentation in NetSuite.
• Support inventory control by managing component supply levels, tracking timely material receipt, and coordinating returns of nonconforming materials.
