Job summary

CBX Solutions, Dover, DE, is seeking an Accounting Assistant to compile data, prepare invoices, and support the billing process. The role requires strong Excel skills and attention to detail in a professional office setting.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Minimum of 1-year general accounting experience, preferred.
• Current and valid US driver’s license preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screens.

Responsibilities

• Reads and compiles data from purchase orders, work orders and invoices for billing accuracy.
• Enters data into accounting software and prepares customer invoices.
• Ensures invoices are submitted timely and KPI targets are met.
• Supports other accounting team members as needed and assists with special projects.
