Job summary

CBX Solutions is seeking a Project Accountant to support pay applications and billing under the Accounting Manager in a professional office environment. The role emphasizes accurate financial processes, collaboration with project teams, and adherence to company policies.

The position requires reconciling jobs, assisting with change orders, and generating Comsense reports. Strong Excel and communication skills are essential for successful collaboration across departments and timely project

Qualifications

• Associates' degree or an equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Experience in both construction and accounting related positions preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Assist with billing, specifically in regard to Locklear/Rogers projects.
• Reconcile jobs.
• Change order research and help get change orders for all salesmen.
• Proper project close out.
• Comsense reports, cleaning up WIP and sales orders.
• Research back charges, missing material, change orders, etc.
• Other relative duties as assigned.
