Job summary
Toshiba America Business Solutions seeks a licensed attorney to review RFx, contracts, and security questionnaires in a fast-paced enterprise and public sector environment. The role focuses on SaaS/cloud, AI, data privacy, and regulatory compliance, translating legal guidance into actionable contract language and playbooks for deal execution and audit readiness.
You will collaborate across Legal, Sales, Finance, IT/Security, and Operations, monitor evolving requirements, and draft standard
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor required from ABA-accredited school
- Bar membership in at least one state (California preferred)
- Ability to research laws and summarize for business audiences
- Experience drafting and maintaining contract language and templates
Responsibilities
- Review RFx, contracts, and security questionnaires
- Research SaaS/cloud, AI, data privacy, and data-use requirements
- Identify obligations and flag issues for Legal and business stakeholders
- Draft and maintain standard clauses, playbooks, and templates
- Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Finance, IT/Security, and Operations for deal execution
