Talent Attraction Specialist at LHH - Legal & Compliance Practice

Overview:

LHH is seeking an experienced Commercial Finance Attorney to join our client's dynamic team. This position is remote, allowing the attorney to work from anywhere; however, the candidate must be licensed in the state in which she/he resides. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial finance, with experience with syndicated credit agreements and LSTA guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze syndicated credit agreements.
• Complete loan review checklists provided by banks, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Stay updated with market standards and Loan Syndications and Trading Association (LSTA) guidelines.
• Handle cross-border provisions and ensure all legal requirements are met.

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed in the state in which you reside
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial finance
• Experience with syndicated credit agreements
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software

Details:

• Employment Type: Contract
• Compensation: up to $100/hr
