Family Entertainment Group is seeking a reliable Independent Contract Route Technician to service 1–2 partner locations. The role involves visiting sites 2–3 times per week to inspect and maintain arcade equipment, with responsibility for keeping games guest-ready and reporting maintenance needs.

As a 1099 contractor, you provide your own transportation and tools, work independently, and manage flexible scheduling within service windows while representing the company professionally at partner

Qualifications

• Experience repairing arcade equipment, vending equipment, amusement devices, or similar systems preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned partner locations 2–3 times per week on a service schedule.
• Inspect, clean, test, and perform preventive maintenance on arcade games and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair common issues; restock prizes and supplies as needed.
• Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
