Job summary

The Stronghold Companies seeks a Contract Manager with a strong legal or contracts foundation. You will review MSAs, subcontracts, and related documents for compliance with guidelines, assess risk, and draft/redline agreements in line with approved positions.

You will collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams, escalating issues as needed and supporting process improvements across the Legal Department. This is a full-time, on-site role in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Paralegal certificate or degree in Legal Studies, bachelors degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Approximately 3–5 years of experience in a legal, paralegal, contract administration, or similar professional environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review MSAs, subcontracts, purchase orders, amendments, NDAs, and other documents for compliance with contracting guidelines.
• Analyze terms to identify legal, contractual, and business risks and ensure provisions align with established positions.
• Draft, revise, and redline agreements per Legal Department guidelines and approved risk positions.
• Assist with contract negotiations with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and other third parties.
• Identify provisions needing escalation to Legal leadership or other stakeholders.
• Communicate contract issues, revisions, and risks clearly to Legal team and business partners.
• Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, Risk Management, Finance, and Accounting during reviews.
• Monitor contracts, amendments, renewals, expirations, and other requirements.
