Job summary

Terumo Medical Corporation is seeking a Contract Analyst to manage assigned stages of the sales contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and analyzing terms, pricing, and performance for hospital, IDN, and GPO contracts.

In this role you will collaborate with Sales, Legal, Marketing, Customer Service and Finance to ensure compliant contracts, manage pricing, rebates, and contract analytics, and support regional contract administration with accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3+ years in contract analysis or administration.
• Experience with GPO/IDN/Hospital contracting processes preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to run reports.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review contract T&Cs to reflect business language before Legal review.
• Adjudicate pricing, rebates, and fees in line with contracts.
• Monitor contract compliance with Terumo processes and policies.
• Administer RFI/RFP submissions and pricing updates for assigned regions.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual sales reports for contracts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Marketing, Customer Service and Finance to ensure compliant contracts.
