Qualifications

• BS in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years in healthcare, project management, operations improvement, or related leadership roles.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate business and operational activities across Surgical Services areas.
• Lead operational improvements in surgery through projects.
• Manage staffing/FTE and provide administrative and fiscal oversight.

Responsibilities

This position coordinates business and operational activities between multiple service areas of Surgical Services. Responsibilities include operational improvements in surgery, project management, staffing/FTE management, administrative and fiscal oversight of assigned department(s) and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

• S. Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Industrial Engineering or other related field.


• Two (2) years’ experience in healthcare, project management, operations improvement, industrial engineering, consulting or leadership.


• Must possess excellent analytical and communication skills.


• Proficient with the use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Preferred

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Industrial Engineering or other related field.


• Four (4) years’ experience in healthcare, project management, operations improvement, industrial engineering, consulting or leadership.


• Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement certification.

Work Hours:

8AM-4:30PM
