HomeLight in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Advisor to manage the Buy Before You Sell pipeline in a fast-paced real estate tech environment.
You’ll be the main point of contact for loan officers, processors, and internal teams, ensuring documentation is complete, files move toward closing, and communication stays proactive across Slack, email, phone, and Zoom. Prior mortgage knowledge is a plus.

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and communicative Contract Advisor to manage the pipeline for HomeLight’s Buy Before You Sell product. This role operates in a fast-paced environment, working with both external loan officers, processors, and loan assistants as well as internal teams to ensure a seamless transaction process.
You’ll be the quarterback of the transaction, ensuring all required documentation is completed, tracking files through closing, and proactively managing communication across multiple channels (Slack, email, phone, Zoom, and internal tools).
