Job summary

HunaTek Government Solutions is seeking a Program Analyst II (Contract Administrator) to assist the COR in coordinating contract task orders from proposal through close-out, ensuring compliance with regulations. This role supports program development and interagency coordination focused on economic, trade, and investment assistance for sub-Saharan Africa.

The position requires in-office support in Washington, DC, daily, and travel to sub-Saharan Africa as needed; responsibilities include

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's with 5+ years, or high school with 9+ years.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a program analyst.
• Experience managing complex projects and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist the COR in administrative coordination of contract task orders from proposal to close-out.
• Organize and maintain contracts management folders in SharePoint.
• Review invoices via IPP and audit for contract compliance; resolve discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain an Excel-based compliance/calendar tracking system.
