Job summary

HunaTek Government Solutions seeks a Program Analyst II (Contract Administrator) to support the Contracting Officer Representative in coordinating contract task orders from proposal to close-out. The role focuses on compliance and interagency coordination for programs serving sub-Saharan Africa, with in-office duties in Washington, DC.

The position requires routine engagement with budgets, procurement policies, and performance reporting, including developing SOPs and briefing documents for AF

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of experience as a program analyst.
• Experience managing complex projects with strong writing and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Assist COR in administrative coordination of contract task orders.
• Organize and maintain contracts management folders and eFiling.
• Review invoices and audit for contract compliance; resolve discrepancies.
