Job description

Position Overview:

Does growth excite you? As a Contract Administrator/Legal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the contracting process, helping to shorten the contract lifecycle through improved efficiency and quality. This position requires authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada without visa sponsorship, and candidates must be fluent (written and verbal) in both English and French.

Location: This role offers 100% remote flexibility anywhere in the US or Canada!

Reports to: SVP, Commercial Contracts

Travel Requirement: up to 5% to accesso Office/Client Locations

What you’ll be working on:

  • Managing all aspects of the contract lifecycle, including creation, redline reviews, versioning, drafting, digital signing, and repository maintenance.
  • Involvement in the legal contracting process, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments.
  • Supporting automation of the contract lifecycle.
  • Managing workload using Jira, including case assignment and follow-up.

What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
  • Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Experience with contract administration and understanding of contract structures.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with legal contracts and SaaS companies.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and contract management software.
  • Strong organizational focus and knowledge of legal terminology.
