Job summary

American Heritage Credit Union is seeking a Contract Administrator II to draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements through the full lifecycle. You will collaborate with internal teams and legal counsel to align contracts with strategic and risk objectives while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.

The role emphasizes managing risk, maintaining a centralized contract repository, and supporting procurement activities.

Qualifications

3–5 years of contract analysis, vendor management, procurement, or related work in financial services preferred.
Working knowledge of contract structure and common clauses (indemnity, liability, data security, SLAs).
Bachelor’s degree in business, law, finance, or related field; vendor management experience or certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate credit union contracts, NDAs, and addenda.
Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle: intake, drafting, redlining, approvals, signature, renewals, closeout.
Serve as primary liaison for internal/external contract matters with stakeholders and external parties.
Identify risks in contract language and recommend revisions in coordination with Legal and business owners.
Monitor contract obligations, renewals, and notice periods; ensure compliance with laws and internal policies.
