Job summary

American Heritage Credit Union is seeking a Contract Administrator II to draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements across the full lifecycle. You will partner with legal, procurement, and business units to ensure compliant, favorable terms and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in contract analysis or vendor management.
• Bachelor's degree in business, law, finance, or a related field.
• Knowledgeable with contract law and regulatory compliance.
• Vendor contract or paralegal certification preferred.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate credit union contracts and NDAs.
• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle from intake to renewal.
• Serve as liaison between internal stakeholders and external parties.
• Analyze contract language for risks and negotiate revisions.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Support RFP/RFI/RFQ processes and vendor evaluations.
• Maintain centralized contract repository and key dates.
• Escalate issues and drive remediation for missed terms.
• Develop standard templates and clause libraries.
• Provide contract summaries and term matrices for audits.
